No. While we support NDIS participants, we also provide services to private clients, families, and people needing general community assistance.

We currently support clients across South Australia, including:

  • Surrounding regional areas (subject to availability)

Yes. All FollowCare support workers are:

  • Fully screened and background checked
  • Trained in disability and community support
  • Hold mandatory certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and NDIS screening
  • Experienced in providing quality, person-centred care

Absolutely. We believe in client choice and control. You can:

  • Choose a specific support worker
  • Request a support worker with certain skills or attributes
  • Provide feedback or request changes at any time

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Service hours: We provide supports 7 days a week, depending on availability.

Yes. We offer weekend, public holiday and after-hours support, subject to worker availability. Additional NDIS rates may apply.

For NDIS participants, fees are charged according to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements (Price Guide).

Private clients receive a clear quote before service begins. No hidden fees.

Yes. However, cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the NDIS cancellation policy.

We kindly ask for at least 7 days' notice whenever possible.

Yes, we can support you with:

Transport costs follow NDIS guidelines.

We provide medication prompting and reminders.

For medication administration, a trained worker may be required depending on your needs.

Yes. We offer:
